Read this before you email anyone about a wallet
We will never ask for your recovery phrase, private keys, wallet file, wallet password or remote access to your computer, and neither will the developers of any legitimate wallet. If a "support agent", a search result, a social media reply or a chat group asks for those words, it is theft in progress. There is no recovery service, paid or free, that can restore access to a wallet whose backup is lost — anyone claiming otherwise is running a second scam on top of the first.

Reporting a fake app or site
If you have found an impostor "Sparrow" application or a cloned download page, tell us and report it to the store or registrar as well. We keep the mobile page updated with the current patterns.
Languages
Write in English, French or Italian. Our translated pages are human-written, so terminology corrections in those languages are genuinely helpful.
What we are not
We are not the Sparrow Wallet project, its support desk, or its representatives. We do not hold customer funds, operate an exchange, provide custody, or offer financial services of any kind. Nothing on this site is investment, tax or legal advice, and none of it is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything.
